Each customer receives a personalized massage experience. Below are descriptions of the modalities that I utilize to achieve the goals that are set each session.

Massage appointments at your home are offered. The charge of each session is the listed price plus $1 per mile after the first 10 miles. All home appointments must be made by text message at least one week in advance.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved skin appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy (usually with a lighter, less gliding pressure) intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds or adhesions that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Paraffin Wax for Hands or Feet
Paraffin is a drug-free, non-invasive method of applying heat to parts of the body to relieve muscle stiffness and joint pain. Hands (or feet) one at a time will be dipped into the wax multiple times and covered with a mitten to preserve the heat. This treatment can assist in joint stiffness and pain, increasing circulation to the region and moisturizing the hands and/or feet.
